Seriously, it’s been that way for the past week or so. I’m using some stinking ear drops, but it doesn’t seem to help. Damn. I think I need to get it professionally irrigated at the doctor’s.

Oi. I’m very hygienic okay. I like being squeaky clean as much as the next psycho with OCD. But see, I’m not biologically privileged to have large ear holes and stinking wet ear wax. My DNA simply does not compute large ear holes and stinking wet ear wax. Instead, I was ‘blessed’ with really tiny ones (holes, not wax), so instead of being able to clean my ears with a regular cotton bud, I end up pushing the wax deeper inside.  And the wax, fortuitously, is always hard, dry and stinks no less than yours.

Hm… I’ve heard of candle waxing or ear candling, which is supposed to use the heat from a candle to draw out dirt and residue. This service is available in spas and massage centres. Haven’t dared to try it though. Sounds scary. What if the candle wax drips into your ear and then your eardrums are permanently scarred and deaf? What if your OWN wax catches fire? Lol. Anyway, a quick Google on it tells me that medical researchers say its a hoax. *shrug*

Googling it also told me THERE ARE PEOPLE LIKE ME OUT THERE. Hallelujah, I’m not alone!! I always think I’m the only donkey with this problem but ermm yea, there are other freaks of nature out there too. I think evolution kind of overlooked us in this respect. Maybe the extra space for the ears went up to the head to make more room for the bigger brains. Heh heh.
